Paralegals and Staff

Linda F. Ogletree grew up on Green Street in Conyers, Georgia down the street from our current firm location. She graduated from Rockdale High School and continued her education at Dekalb College. Ms. Ogletree started her career in the legal field in 1984 when she began working for Former Judge Sidney Nation, who at the time was a practicing lawyer. For the past thirty years, Ms. Ogletree has worked as William G. Gainer’s professional secretary and legal assistant. She has been with Toliver & Gainer since 2000 and works on various types of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Ms. Ogletree enjoys being with her family and traveling.

Lynda (Lynn) D. Fink has worked as a professional legal assistant for over thirty-four years in the Atlanta-metropolitan area. Ms. Fink entered the legal field in 1966, working in many areas including civil litigation, domestic, corporate and taxes, real estate, criminal defense, county government, and medical malpractice/products liability. Ms. Fink has also worked for the State of Georgia as an Administrative Assistant to Directors of Operations & Sales, Georgia Correctional Industries, and the Georgia Department of Corrections for a period of thirteen years. In 2011, Ms. Fink accepted a position with her former employer, A. Leroy Toliver, of Toliver & Gainer and has since worked at the firm as a paralegal specializing in Tylenol litigation. Ms. Fink enjoys music , travel, missions work, and spending time with family and friends.
